Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Morgan County, Alabama. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On the job you will handle: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
