Urgent requirement: dough maker (Adamawa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Fufore, Adamawa State. You will work at a cake shop. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
