Blocklayer — Ngala

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ngala, Borno State. You will be based at a residential building site. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
