Container truck driver • Obudu, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a container truck driver in Obudu, Cross River State. The job is at a container freight yard. You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Confident with manual handling and load securing The role involves carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
