Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
