Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Wasco County, Oregon. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
