Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Jos South, Plateau State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦380,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
