Grill cook • Madison County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Madison County, Texas. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $10,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
