Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Orsu, Imo State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts. ₦1,000 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
