Tandoor cook wanted in Gudu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gudu, Sokoto State. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided.
