Head butcher wanted in Shropshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Shropshire, England. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers We offer £2,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
