Powder coater • Oru West, Imo State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Oru West, Imo State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
