Urgent requirement: counter butcher (Plateau State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Wase, Plateau State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Part-time with flexible hours.
