Vacancy available: short order cook (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Ellis County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 2+ years on the tools preferred.
