We are recruiting: metal caster (Yobe State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal caster in Gulani, Yobe State. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
