On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Meals and transport allowance provided.
