Urgent requirement: butcher (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Allen County, Indiana. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
