Kitchen cook wanted in Logan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Logan County, Nebraska. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 5+ years on the tools preferred.
