Head baker • Anaocha, Anambra State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Anaocha, Anambra State. The job is in a bread factory. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
