Immediate opening: aluminium tig welder (Borno State)

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Marte, Borno State. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
