Join our team: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Pulaski County, Illinois. You will work at a busy decorating firm. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Day-to-day duties: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
