The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
