We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Putnam County, Florida. The job is at an open-cast mine. The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
