Press shop operator • Ganjuwa, Bauchi State

Now hiring: we are hiring a press shop operator in Ganjuwa, Bauchi State. You will work on the press shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
