Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Chanchaga, Niger State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
