Urgent requirement: fusing press operator (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Slough, England. The job is at a garment factory. You will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Full-time, day shift.
