We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Seneca County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
