Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Van Wert County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
