Restaurant steward • Kimble County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Kimble County, Texas. The job is at a beach resort. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
