Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Collin County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
