You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
