The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience.
