Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
