Site carpenter • Baker County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Baker County, Georgia. You will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
