Cook — Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Marshall County, Kentucky. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
