We are recruiting: prep cook (Yobe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Yunusari, Yobe State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦205,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
