We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Herefordshire, England. You will work at a beach resort. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 3+ years on the tools preferred.
