We are recruiting: we are hiring a truck driver in Balanga, Gombe State. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. On the job you will handle: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
