Great opportunity: kitchen porter (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Haskell County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
