Shuttering carpenter • Gwaram, Jigawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Gwaram, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
