Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideally you have accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
