Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Fayette County, Illinois. The role involves: • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
