Great opportunity: commercial painter (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a commercial painter in Ector County, Texas. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Requirements: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
