Cook — Ado Odo/Ota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Ado Odo/Ota, Ogun State. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
