Milling machinist — Doncaster

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Doncaster, England. On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing You should have: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Part-time with flexible hours.
