Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Konshisha, Benue State. The job is at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
