Press setter operator wanted in Dakota County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press setter operator in Dakota County, Minnesota. The job is in a forging and pressing unit. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Your main tasks: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet 5+ years on the tools preferred.
