Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Irele, Ondo State. You will work on a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Part-time with flexible hours.
