Requirements: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence Your main tasks: • Meet daily and monthly sales targets • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor Performance bonus on top of base pay.
