You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
